2010 AGEN Gathering
The Illawarra-South East Aboriginal Government Employees Network (AGEN) Gathering 2010 is now open for registrations. This year the Gathering is being held at Batemans Bay, on 15-16 September 2009.
The agenda is being developed by AGEN’s Cross Agency Working Party (CAWP) and DPC, and we hope that you will be there, as well as encourage your Aboriginal colleagues working for NSW Government agencies in the region to attend. Information about AGEN and the previous 2007, 2008 & 2009 Gatherings is included at AGEN’s website www.agen.org.au
Register before the 31st of July 2010. Any late registrations will incur a fee ($35.00).
The registration cost includes accommodation and all meals* (*Based on selection). We require payment for the Gathering to be forwarded with registration forms. Registrations cannot be accepted without pre-payment.
REQUESTED ACTION FOR AGEN MEMBERS
In continuing the good work of the Cross Agency Working Party (CAWP) and the RCMG in supporting this initiative, we ask you to:
* Discuss the Gathering with your Manager and seek approval for your attendance as soon as possible
* Promote the Gathering to your Aboriginal colleagues in State Government
* Encourage these colleagues to attend the Gathering
* Ensure that payment and registrations are received no later than 31st July 2009. Any registrations received after this date will incur a late payment charge which is payable with registration. Please ensure payment is included with registration.

2008 AGEN Gathering Report
AGEN Team www Ready!
The team came together again to explore how we will manage the site into the future. Our aim is to make sure the AGEN website is a useful and engaging space for all our members.
Leann and our website management team have been learning lots, and are ready and raring to go!!
